Clippers look to take a bite out of the “Big Apple” Knicks on Thanksgiving Eve

A couple of teams heading in those proverbial opposite directions early in this NBA season tip-off in a pre-Thanksgiving day match-up at Staples Center in Los Angeles Wednesday night.

Winners of seven of their last 10, the Los Angeles Clippers host a reeling New York Knicks team that’s lost eight of its last 10 including six straight – the longest losing streak in the Carmelo Anthony era.
